Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Buffalo chicken wraps are the perfect blend of spicy, creamy, and crunchy—all wrapped up in a handheld meal. Tender chicken tossed in zesty buffalo sauce is balanced with crisp lettuce, cool ranch or blue cheese, and a soft tortilla. They're quick to make, easy to customize, and perfect for lunch, dinner, or game-day snacks.

Ingredients

For the chicken:

1 lb boneless chicken breast or thighs, cooked and shredded (or use rotisserie chicken)

½ cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

1 tbsp melted butter (optional, for richness)

For the wraps:

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1 cup shredded lettuce

½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

½ cup diced tomatoes (optional)

¼ cup thinly sliced red onion (optional)

Ranch or blue cheese dressing (to taste)

Instructions

Prepare the chicken

Toss cooked, shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl until evenly coated.

Assemble the wraps

Lay out the tortillas. In the center of each, layer lettuce, buffalo chicken, cheese, and any additional toppings. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Wrap it up

Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito-style wrap. Optional: lightly toast on a skillet or grill pan for 1–2 minutes per side to crisp it up.

Serve

Slice in half and serve with extra dressing or a side of celery and carrots.
