Ingredients:
- 2 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Rub chicken with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet or in a cast iron pan.
- Roast 35–45 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F and skin is crisp.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
