1. Oven-Roasted Bone-In Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 2 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) optional

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Rub chicken with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place on a baking sheet or in a cast iron pan.
  4. Roast 35–45 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F and skin is crisp.
  5. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
2. Herb Butter Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 2 bone-in chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 tsp chopped rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Mix butter, garlic, and herbs into a paste.
