Delicious Pork Butt Recipes
Ingredients:
- 6–8 lb bone-in pork butt
- 3 tbsp BBQ dry rub
- 1/2 cup apple juice or cider
Instructions:
- Rub pork with seasoning.
- Smoke at 225°F for 8–10 hours, spritzing with apple juice.
- Wrap in foil and cook to 195–203°F internal temp.
- Rest, then shred and serve with sauce.
Ingredients:
- 4–5 lb boneless pork butt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Rub meat with oil and spices.
- Roast at 300°F for 3–4 hours, covered.
- Uncover and increase to 400°F for 20 mins to crisp.
- Slice or shred.

Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a Dutch oven.
