Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken thighs and marinate for 30 minutes (or overnight).
