Delicious Oxtail Recipes
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs cut oxtails
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 cups beef broth
Instructions:
- Brown oxtails, then remove.
- Sauté onion and carrot, add tomato
- paste.Add oxtails and broth, cover and simmer 3–4 hours.
- Skim fat, serve hot.
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs oxtails
- 1 tbsp browning sauce
- 1 tsp allspice
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 can butter beans
Instructions:
- Marinate oxtails with seasonings for 2+ hours.
- Brown in a pot, then add water and simmer 3 hours.
- Add butter beans and cook 30 mins more.
- Serve with rice.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs oxtails
- 1 onion, halved
- 1-inch ginger
- 2 star anise
- Rice noodles
Instructions:
- Parboil oxtails and rinse.
- Simmer with spices and aromatics for 5–6 hours.
- Strain broth, add cooked noodles and meat.
- Garnish with herbs.
