Delicious Pork Chop Recipes

1. Garlic Herb Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub onto chops and marinate 30 mins.
  3. Grill on medium-high heat, 4–5 mins per side.
  4. Rest 5 mins before serving.
2. Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Apples

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt & pepper


Instructions:

  1. Sear chops in butter until browned, then remove.
  2. Sauté apples and onions in same pan.
  3. Add broth, return chops, cover, and simmer 10 mins.
  4. Serve with pan juices.


3. Oven-Baked Parmesan Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Beat egg in a bowl. In another, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder.
  3. Dip chops in egg, then breadcrumb mix.
  4. Bake for 25–30 mins or until golden.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Brown chops in oil, then remove.
  2. Sauté onions, stir in flour, then broth to make gravy.
  3. Return chops, cover, and simmer 20 mins.
