Delicious Pork Feet Recipes

1. Braised Pork Feet (Southern Style)

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 pork feet, split
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Rinse feet and add to a pot with all ingredients.
  2. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 2.5–3 hours.
  4. Serve with greens and cornbread.
2. Pork Feet Soup (Korean Jokbal Broth)

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork feet
  • 1 onion
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Boil feet for 5 mins, then drain and rinse.
  2. Add to pot with fresh water and other ingredients.
  3. Simmer for 3 hours.
  4. Strain and serve broth, or chop meat into noodles.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork feet, boiled
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions:

  1. Boil and cool pork feet.
  2. Place in a jar with seasonings.
  3. Pour in hot vinegar-water brine.
  4. Chill for 24–48 hours before serving.
4. Adobo-Style Pork Feet (Filipino Style)

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork feet, chopped
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot.
  2. Add water to cover and simmer 2–3 hours.
  3. Reduce sauce to glaze the meat.
  4. Serve with rice.

  • 2 pork feet, chopped
  • 2 cups white beans, soaked
  • 1 onion, diced
