Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork snouts
- 1 onion, quartered
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Rinse snouts thoroughly.
- Add to a pot with water, onion, garlic, and bay leaves.
- Simmer for 2–3 hours until tender.
- Serve hot or fry for crisp edges.
