Delicious Pork Belly Recipes

1. Crispy Roasted Pork Belly

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork belly, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp five-spice powder
  • 1 tsp white vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Score skin and season meat side with salt and five-spice.
  2. Rub vinegar and salt on skin.
  3. Roast at 375°F for 1.5 hours, then broil to crisp.
  4. Let rest, slice, and serve.
2. Braised Pork Belly (Asian-Style)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs pork belly, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1-inch ginger
  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Sear pork belly pieces.
