Ingredients:
- 2 lbs diced chuck roll
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cups beef broth
Instructions:
- Brown beef in a pot.
- Add onion, broth, and vegetables.
- Simmer for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs diced chuck roll
- 2 tbsp chipotle in adobo
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Garlic & lime juice
Instructions:
