Ingredients:
- 2 lbs diced beef clod
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cups beef broth
Instructions:
- Brown beef in batches and set aside.
- Sauté onion, then return beef and add broth and veggies.
- Simmer for 2–3 hours until tender.
