Ingredients:
- 2 lbs diced neck meat
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
Instructions:
- Brown neck meat and set aside.
- Sauté onions, then add meat and broth.
- Add vegetables and simmer 2.5–3 hours.
- Serve hot with bread or rice.
