Delicious Diced Pork Recipes

1. Pork and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb diced pork
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Marinate pork in soy sauce for 10–15 mins.
  2. Sauté pork until browned.
  3. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Serve over steamed rice.
2. Slow-Cooked Pork Stew

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs diced pork
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cups broth

Instructions:

  1. Brown pork in pot, then remove.
  2. Sauté onion, add back pork, veggies, and broth.
  3. Simmer for 1.5–2 hours until everything is tender.
