Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs diced pork butt
- 1 can fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1 can beans (optional)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp chili powder
Instructions:
- Brown pork in a pot, then remove.
- Sauté onion, return pork, and add other ingredients.
- Simmer for 1.5 hours until thick and tender.
