Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- Salt & pepper
- Burger buns, cheese slices, toppings
Instructions:
- Form into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.
- Grill or pan-sear 4–5 mins per side.
- Add cheese, assemble burgers with desired toppings.
