Delicious Ground Beef Recipes

1. Classic Cheeseburgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Burger buns, cheese slices, toppings

Instructions:

  1. Form into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill or pan-sear 4–5 mins per side.
  3. Add cheese, assemble burgers with desired toppings.
2. Beef Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Taco shells, toppings

Instructions:

  1. Brown beef, drain fat.
  2. Add seasoning and water, simmer 5 mins.
  3. Spoon into shells and add toppings.
3. Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Cooked spaghetti

Instructions:

  1. Brown beef with onion in olive oil.
