Ingredients:
- 4 sliced pork butt steaks
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Marinate steaks in oil, garlic, and seasoning for 30 mins.
- Grill on high heat 5–7 mins per side.
- Rest 5 mins before serving.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs sliced pork butt
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
- Layer pork, onion, and broth in slow cooker.
