Delicious Pork Butt Recipes

1. Grilled Pork Butt Steaks

Ingredients:

  • 4 sliced pork butt steaks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper

    Instructions:
  1. Marinate steaks in oil, garlic, and seasoning for 30 mins.
  2. Grill on high heat 5–7 mins per side.
  3. Rest 5 mins before serving.
2. Slow-Cooked BBQ Pork Slices

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs sliced pork butt
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

  1. Layer pork, onion, and broth in slow cooker.
  2. Top with BBQ sauce.
  3. Cook on low for 6–8 hours. Shred or serve whole.
3. Soy-Garlic Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork butt slices, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Marinate pork in soy sauce and garlic for 15 mins.
  2. Stir-fry in sesame oil until browned.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs pork butt slices, cut into chunks
  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cups broth
  • 1 tsp thyme


Instructions:

  1. Sear pork, then remove.
  2. Sauté onion, add pork back with potatoes, thyme, and broth.
  3. Simmer 1 hour until tender.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork butt, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

    Instructions:
  1. Mix marinade and coat pork.
  2. Let sit 30 mins.
  3. Stir-fry on high heat until cooked through and caramelized.
